So, a food truck walks into Jesse Camille's bar . . .  


In 2019, the owners of Jesse Camille's, after nearly 25 years of operating their restaurant overlooking Hop Brook and the golf course, should have embraced the quarter of a century opportunity to retire and jet off to their favorite island off the coast of Massachusetts, and transform into blissful Nantucketers.  Instead, they bought a stainless steel food trailer that had been neglected and had it towed  back to their  restaurant.   


Sitting on the scenic deck at Jesse Camille's, they stared at the shiny gray box on wheels in the parking lot and wondered . . . are we out of our minds?  The jury is still out on that one.  Do we know how to operate a food truck?  True, Larry has no idea how to park it, but he can make one helluva cheesesteak in it!  


Whiskers on kittens and warm woolen mittens . . .  they thought what if we could make this truck into some of our most favorite things, what would that be?  Memories of the beach and ocean immediately came to mind . . . and they knew for certain.  The food truck must be something that is fun and nautical, offering something not offered by your average hot dog wagon.  


Larry's raw bar expertise garnered from his years managing the The Salty Dog in Fanueil Hall would finally pay off!  And add the couple's quirky love of 70's and 80's soft rock, The Docked Yacht was born - beautifully wrapped with ocean blues and harbor scenes, the mobile catering kitchen and bar offer everything from raw bar to cheesesteak, from fried dough to decadent lobster grilled cheese, from New England Clam Chowder to burgers and dogs!   The Docked Yacht also offers craft beer and flavored spiked seltzers, California wines and Jesse Camille's very own Hop Brook Duck Hook IPA.  The possibilities are endless . . .  come sail away with us!
